Direct Access Scheme
Age: 24+

The Direct Access Scheme (DAS) licence is aimed at those who are 24 years of age or older. To gain a DAS licence you will first need a CBT and theory test. You will then need to pass MOD 1 and MOD 2. The training and both tests will be conducted on our Kawasaki Z650.

On passing both MOD 1 and MOD 2 you can then ride any motorcycle you wish without L plates and you can carry passengers and use motorways.

However, if you pass on an automatic bike you will be restricted to automatics only. If you pass on a manual you can ride both.
