If you have never ridden motorcycle or scooter before and are not sure if riding a bike is for you, then you can book yourself on to our Introduction to Motorcycling (ITM) course prior to booking a CBT course.

 

The ITM course is not mandatory and is not a DVSA regulated course. It is designed for novice students with very little or no previous riding experience.

 

This course will boost your confidence in the three fundamental skills you will need, which will help you before attending a CBT course. These are: balance, throttle response, and braking response. The ITM course will be conducted on automatic bikes only.

 

You must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for this course.
